East and Paulina Lake are still closed but the road is set to open May 15th so we are close. The cascade lakes highway up to lava lake opened up today but we are unsure about snow pack off the road, use caution at higher elevations. The whole cascade lakes highway is set to open May 22. Wickiup is open and clear but we still haven’t heard too many reports from out there. Both twin lakes are open and accessible and fishing well on leeches and small chironomids/midges.
